Our office is pleased to offer estate planning packages custom tailored for your specific needs.  The basic estate planning package includes a Will, Medical Power of Attorney, Statutory Durable Power of Attorney, Directive to Physicians, and a Declaration of Guardian. Additional documents regarding children or burial/cremation requests can be added as necessary.

On Site and Emergency Estate Planning

Our office understands fully that emergency situations arise.  We are equipped to address your estate planning needs or the needs of a loved one in the comfort of your home or in a medical facility when travel is not an option. Please contact us immediately if this is a service you will need to utilize as time is usually of the essence.
